Biography

Zack Duhame (born April 15, 1987) is a stunt performer and coordinator. Born in Los Angeles County, California, USA, growing up as the son of noted stuntman and coordinator Doc Duhame, he entered the world of acting and stunts from a very young age. His earliest recorded acting credits date back to when he was around seven, performing in shows and films such as The Martin Short Show (1994), The Little CHP (1995), Home for the Holidays (1995), The Wayans Bros. (1996), Multiplicity (1996), Chicago Hope (1996), Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction (1997), and the family film Toothless (1997).

Transitioning swiftly into stunt work, Duhame built a diverse portfolio throughout his career. He performed stunts in major motion pictures, including Man of Steel (2013) and Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice (2016). In the Marvel Cinematic Universe, he served as a utility stunt performer in Thor (2011), and stunt performer in Iron Man 3 (2013), Thor: The Dark World (2013), Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014), Guardians of the Galaxy (2014), Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 (2017), Captain Marvel (2019), Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness (2022), and Thor: Love and Thunder (2022). He also appeared on television in the MCU series Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. and Agent Carter.

In addition to performing stunts, Duhame occasionally appears on screen. He portrayed Gerald Durand in Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) and appeared as a Beta Guard in Ant-Man (2015). He also worked as a stunt double, doubling Richard Madden in Eternals (2021) and Tahar Rahim in Madame Web.

Beyond Marvel Studios, Duhame contributed to numerous other high-profile productions, including X-Men: First Class (2011) as a stunt performer, Fantastic Four (2015) as a stunt driver, and Star Trek (2009), where he doubled Simon Pegg’s character Montgomery Scott and appeared as a burly Starfleet cadet during the bar fight scene.

Zack has also taken on leadership roles in the stunt community. He served as assistant stunt coordinator in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania (2023). His professional associations include being a member of the elite stunt group BrandX.

His work has not gone unnoticed. Duhame has earned two Screen Actors Guild (SAG) Awards and was the recipient of the 2014 Taurus World Stunt Award. He has also garnered several SAG Award nominations: for Outstanding Action Performance by a Stunt Ensemble in a Motion Picture (Once Upon a Time… in Hollywood [2019], The Matrix Resurrections [2021]); in a Comedy or Drama Series (Westworld); and a Television Series (The Mandalorian).
