Gosho Aoyama is a Japanese mangaka and animator, best known as the creator of Detective Conan (internationally known as Case Closed), Magic Kaito, and YAIBA.He has won Shogakukan Manga Award twice (1992,2001).His hometown honors him with the Gosho Aoyama Manga Factory museum (opened 2007) and Conan themed landmarks.
